
Over the past fifteen years, I have been
doing not only academic research and teaching

international organizations in designing and
delivering of Intercultural and Diversity
interventions as well as have led and being
involved in a number of Global, Regional and
National level of Talent Development and
Strategic Change Program in Asia and Europe.
Having been working intensively with high-potential
line managers and senior executives from more than 30
countries, and doing a number of projects in more than
10 countries in Europe and Asia, I’m sure that these
intensive international consulting and training
experiences will have mutual significant positive
influences and impacts on my academic research and
teaching works.
